Our biggest crowd yet gathered at the stage to enjoy the Paddock Show, hosted by Michael Hill. World Superbike Champions Jonathan Rea, Leon Haslam, Ana Carrasco and Chaz Davies all took to the stage to auction their items, raising a staggering £11,570 in support of the programmes in Africa that enable healthcare to reach rural communities with reliable transport systems.
Fans had the opportunity to bid on exclusive racing memorabilia and unique experience’s kindly donated by the riders and teams, including the ultimate race weekend experience in Portimao with the MPM WILSport Racedays team, including accommodation. With the experience in great demand, the team kindly offered a second package raising an incredible £2,850. The evening came to a close with the fantastic CIA Landlord Insurance charity concert.
