Two Wheels CEO recognised in 'Top Women in Social Enterprise' list

We are delighted to announce that our CEO and Founder, Andrea Coleman has made it onto this year's NatWest WISE100 Top Women in Social Enterprise list for 2019.

WISE100 recognise the most inspiring and influential women in social enterprise, impact investment and mission-driven business. Her achievements have been acknowledged by the Pioneers Post and their partners at NatWest Social & Community Capital.

For the past 30 years, ensuring healthcare reaches the most rural, and hardest to reach communities across Africa has been Andrea’s mission.

“I’m not sure I am wise but I am persistent and determined.  What we have done with Riders has changed the landscape of healthcare across Africa and I hope what I have learned about setting up and running social enterprise can be helpful to others trying to change the world for good.”

This isn’t even Andrea’s first major award. In 2013, she also won the “Woman of the Year” Award, sponsored by Barclays Bank for her part in revolutionising medical provision across Africa.
